HOW TO ORDER
To order item(s) you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out here. Please note, that we follow the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Here’s how:
- Choose an item(s) you want and select your size and click ‘Add to bag’.
- Once you have finished adding your items, you’ll have to proceed to checkout.
- Enter your personal data and payment information to complete your order, and accept our terms & condition.
- Check your information and order summary is correct, before you confirm the purchase.
CONTRACT & INVOICE
Acceptance of your order and contract between you and Wuth Copenhagen will be completed, when you receive your order. The invoice is valid as a receipt of your order. You’ll receive your invoice with our confirmation email.
All prices are shown in Euro (€), and are inclusive of 25% VAT. We make certain reservations for any price errors, typing errors and sold out items on our website. And at the same time, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent.
PAYMENT AND PAYMENT SECURITY

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). We aim to send all orders as soon as possible, but expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days. At that time you will be sent an email, confirming that your order has been dispatched. Wuth Copenhagen offer free shipping within EU. We ensure delivery by GLS, and you’ll get a tracking number after your package have been picked up. In case of any problems with the delivery time, you will be notified by email or phone. Buy for 320€ and get free shipping outside EU. Otherwise the standard shipping cost is 22€ for delivery in North America, South America, Australia & New Zealand. Vores rabatkoder kan ikke benyttes ved køb af gavekort. Rabatkoder kan heller ikke kombineres med andre koder, rabatter eller kampagner.
We’re having some periods with sales during the year – typically in January and June. You do not have the option to combine other offers with our sale, such as our 10% member discount. If you have bought an item and it is now on sale, you cannot be paid the difference. There must be space and the opportunity to start a sale. As a buyer, you are always welcome to return your item.
Our gift cards can be used on our online webshop. You can choose between 67 Euro, 134 Euro and 200 Euro. If you need a gift card with a greater amount, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We send the gift card by email and by post. Conditions
- The gift card is valid 2 years from the (purchase) date and can not be exchanged for cash
- Stolen or lost gift cards can’t be replaced
- Gift cards can’t be used to pay for other gift cards

COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTS
It’s our aim that every item arrives in great condition, and we hope you’re always happy with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you, or a refund of the defective item.
