Return a product.

We provide free returns on all orders over DKK 1000 within Denmark and the EU. Please note that free returns are not available for orders outside the EU.To request a return label, please email us at moc.negahnepochtuwobfsctd@ofni, including your name and order number. We’ll send you a return label as quickly as possible.Returns can be sent to the following address:

Return conditions.

You may try the item on as you would in a physical store, but please refrain from using it or wearing it for an extended period if you plan to return it.Our return conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you received your order.
• The item must be unused and undamaged.
• Return the item in its original packaging and with all labels intact.
• Include a completed return form with your return.

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect their condition. If the items do not meet our return criteria, you may not receive a full refund.

How to return.

Returning your order:

1. Request a Return Label: Send us an email to request a return label, and we’ll promptly send it to you.
2. Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack your item(s) and affix the return label to the package.
3. Drop Off Your Package: Visit your nearest GLS ParcelShop to drop off the package.
4. Keep Your Receipt: Don’t forget to ask for a receipt with the package number—this serves as your proof of return in case the package is lost.

Refunds.

Once we receive your return package in perfect condition — unused, with all tags attached and the original receipt — you will receive an email confirming your refund. You can expect your funds to be processed within 4-6 business days. The refund will be completed with your original payment method.

Complaints.

Our goal is to ensure that all goods are delivered in excellent condition, and we hope you are always satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the defective item.
