We have collected the most important information that you may need in connection with your Christmas shopping at Wuth Copenhagen.

delivery methods.


DELIVERY

We send your Christmas gifts free of charge to an optional or nearest GLS Parcel Shop for purchases over DKK 1,000. You can also choose to have your order sent to your home for an additional fee of DKK 50. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days or the same day of purchase (if the order is placed before 11am on all working days). We will send an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. You can then expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days.

OFFICE PICK-UP

You can also pick up your parcels at our office between 9am and 4pm every weekday until the 22nd December 2023. We will send an email when your parcel is ready for collection, and you can then pick up the parcel at our office in Copenhagen NV.

The last day for sending your Christmas presents must be before:
December 15, 2023 – Europe
December 20, 2023 – Denmark 
December 22, 2023 – Denmark (Only office pick-up)
All orders must be placed on the following dates before 11 so that we can ensure that your packages arrive on time.

extended holiday returns.

Enjoy extended holiday return during the Christmas season. You can return your gifts for free until 24 January 2024 for purchases over DKK 1000. Please write to us at info@wuthcopenhagen.com so we can send you a return label. Write your name and order number in the email. We will then send you a return label as soon as possible.

You can order your Christmas presents from 1 November 2023, and from that day our extended holiday return applies until the 24th January 2024.

free gift wrapping.

We offer free gift wrapping so you can focus only on enjoying the holidays. Simply add gift wrapping to your order and we’ll take care of the res Write a note when checking out whether it is together or separately if you have several products that need to be packed.

advent calendars.

The Advent calendars from Wuth Copenhagen contain some of the most popular cashmere accessories. You can choose between our Premium and Deluxe advent calendars. The prices for the advent calendars are respectively 1900 DKK, and the contents of the advent calendar have a value of 2480 DKK. You save DKK 580. The other costs DKK 2400, and its contents are worth DKK 3030. You save DKK 630. We can arrange to send the advent calendar directly to your recipient or yourself. If you want to send a greeting, write your greeting in the note field at checkout. Then we send a nice card with the advent calendar. The last day for ordering is 29 November 2023. We will send the advent calendar so that it is delivered before 3 December 2023. If you have questions about our advent calendar, write to us at info@wuthcopenhagen.com.  Conditions:
  • The products can’t be exchanged 
  • The product can’t be exchanged for other colors
  • The products have a right of complaints

advent competition.

Competition Advent competition – This competition runs from the 1/12 to the 24/12 – 2023. Enter our Advent competition on our Instagram account by following us and liking the photo. Take all those who deserve to be spoiled with one of the most luxurious advent gifts consisting of 100% premium cashmere accessories, sweaters and other delicious things. Rules for participating:
