Ordering and confirmation.
To place an order for items, please follow our simple ordering process. Please note that we comply with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.How to order:
- Select Your Items: Choose the item(s) you wish to purchase, select your size, and click on ‘Add to Bag.’
- Proceed to Checkout: Once you’ve added all desired items to your bag, click on the checkout button.
- Enter Your Details: Fill in your personal information and payment details to complete your order, and make sure to accept our terms and conditions.
- Review Your Order: Before confirming your purchase, double-check that all your information and the order summary are correct.
- Confirmation: After successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.
Contract.
Your acceptance of the order and the contract between you and Wuth Copenhagen will be finalized once you receive your items. The invoice serves as your receipt for the order and will be sent to you along with our confirmation email.Prices.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include 25% VAT.Please note that we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, typographical mistakes, and instances of sold-out items on our website. Additionally, we maintain the right to adjust prices without prior notice.Payment & Payment Security.

Delivery.
We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, with an expected delivery timeframe of 2-4 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.At Wuth Copenhagen, we offer free shipping within the EU on orders above €133 ensuring reliable delivery through GLS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package has been collected. If there are any issues with your delivery, we will notify you via email or phone.
For orders over €667, we provide free shipping outside the EU. For other international deliveries, we have different shipping fees to destinations in North America, South America, Australia, and New Zealand. Discounts.
Please note that our discount codes are not applicable for gift card purchases. Additionally, discount codes cannot be combined with other codes, discounts, or promotional offers.Sale.
We hold two major sales each year, typically in January and June.Please note that our sales cannot be combined with any other offers, including our 10% membership discount.If you purchase an item that later goes on sale, we regret to inform you that we cannot refund the difference. This policy ensures that we can offer sales opportunities for all our customers. However, you are always welcome to return your item if you wish.
Gift Cards.
Our gift cards are redeemable on our online webshop, with options available for €67, €134, and €200. If you require a gift card for a higher amount, please reach out to us at moc.negahnepochtuw@ofni. We send the gift card via email and by post.
Conditions
- The gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Stolen or lost gift cards cannot be replaced.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Gift Wrapping.
We provide complimentary gift wrapping to ensure your gift is ready to be presented. Simply add gift wrapping to your order, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you have multiple items that need to be wrapped, you can specify whether you’d like them packaged together or individually in the notes section at checkout.
