Cashmere Care Kit
We have collected the essentials you need to protect and take care of your cashmere products in a cashmere care kit. An odour remover from Byoms with probiotics designed to reduce smell and cedarwood balls that will refresh your clothes and closet with a calming and earthy smell. Both of these will make sure that your cashmere products can last for years and years.
1. VASKNING
For at passe på din cashmere bedst muligt, anbefaler vi at vaske din cashmere i hånden. Derudover anbefaler vi altid at vaske det på vrangen i koldt vand, og at bruge et specielt vaskemiddel til f.eks. uld, da almindeligt vaskemiddel kan være for hårdt for cashmere. Læg din cashmere i blød i koldt vand samt en lille mængde sæbe, og skyl derefter ved at lægge i blød i rent vand. Gentag det sidste trin indtil alt sæben er ude af tøjet. Efter vask at tøjet, tryk forsigtigt vandet ud uden at vride det. Vi anbefaler ikke at vaske din cashmere for ofte, og da cashmere er selvrensende kan man med fordel lufte det udenfor for at fjerne lugt eller placere tøjet på badeværelset, mens du tager et brusebad, da dampen virker rensende.
2. TØRRING
Pres forsigtigt vandet ud af din cashmere. Læg din cashmere på et tørt håndklæde for at tørre. Rul håndklædet for at absorbere resten af vandet. Rul håndklædet ud igen og lad dit stykke tøj tørre fladt på håndklædet. Lad det lufttørre, men efterlad det ikke i sollys og tør aldrig din dit cashmere i tørretumbleren da det vil krympe. Undgå at hænge tøjet til tørre på en bøjle da det risikere at strække i cashmeren.
3. OPBEVARING
Når du opbevarer din cashmere, skal du ikke hænge det på en bøjle. Opbevar det sammenfoldet i dit skab, og prøv at holde det fri fra støv og væk fra sollys. Opbevar eventuelt din cashmere med en lavendelpose, da det hjælper med at holde tøjet ekstra friskt og fri for møl.
4. KÆMNING
Det er naturligt at din cashmere vil skabe fnuller med tiden, især i områder med høj friktion. Fjern de overskydende fibre med hånden eller brug vores cashmere kam, der forsigtigt fjerner fnuller. Den specielle kam, som følger med hvert køb af vores cashmere trøjer, er lavet til at fjerne de tabte fibre, så du ikke ødelægger tøjet. Brug aldrig en saks eller et barberblad, da det vil beskadige fibrene eller lave hul i tøjet. Brug kammen regelmæssigt for et friskt og nyt look.

With this spray you have the chance to give your cashmere sweaters a breath of fresh air after several days of use. It has a neutral scent and is therefore without perfume and allergy friendly. The odour remover contains probiotics, which are small microorganisms, that work on removing the smell from your cashmere items. This spray gives you the opportunity to skip a wash, which ultimately protects your cashmere products and lets them last for many years. This is not only healthier for the clothes, but also the environment, as you only need to spray and let it hang in fresh air.
