Ordering from us is simple and secure. Please note that we comply with Danish legislation on the sale of goods.

2. Proceed to Checkout – Once you've added all your items, click "Proceed to Checkout."
3. Enter Your Details – Fill in your personal and payment information.
4. Review & Confirm – Check that all details, including your order summary, are correct.purchase.
5. Complete Your Order – Accept our terms and conditions and finalize your purchase.

Order confirmation:

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Your agreement with Wuth Copenhagen is considered final once you have received your goods. The invoice, which is included with our confirmation email, serves as your official receipt for the purchase.

All prices on the website are stated in euros (€) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Payment security

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, or the same day if the order is placed before 11 a.m. on a weekday. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped, and delivery typically takes 2-4 business days within Europe.

We offer free shipping throughout Europe for purchases over 134 EUR. We ship our packages with GLS, and you will receive a tracking number once your package has been dispatched. Should there be any issues with the shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

For purchases over 670 EUR, we offer free shipping outside Europe. For orders below this amount, shipping prices are tailored for destinations such as the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and more. You can read more about the shipping prices here. Our discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases and cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions.

We have two major sales each year, typically in January and June. Please note that these sales cannot be combined with any other offers, including the 10% member discount. If you’ve purchased an item before it was discounted, we unfortunately cannot refund the price difference. This policy helps ensure we have room to launch our sales. However, you are always welcome to return your item if you wish.

Our gift cards can be used in our online store, and available with 67 EUR, 134 EUR, and 200 EUR. If you need a gift card with a higher value, please contact us at info@wuthcopenhagen.com. The gift card will be sent to you via email.

Conditions

▪️ The gift card is valid for 2 years from the purchase date and cannot be exchanged for cash.
▪️ Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
▪️ The gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

We offer complimentary gift wrapping to make your gift-giving experience even more special. Simply add gift wrapping to your order, and we’ll handle the rest. If you have multiple items to wrap, you can let us know at checkout whether you'd like them wrapped together or individually in the notes section.
