Return of products

We offer free returns on all orders over 133 EUR in Denmark and the EU. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns outside the EU. To return an item, simply visit our GLS return portal, where you can either print a return label or use a QR code for direct scanning at any GLS parcel shop. Conditions for returns

You are welcome to try the item on as you would in a physical store, but please note that it should not be used or worn for an extended period if you are considering returning it.

Our conditions for returns:

▪️ The item must be returned within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
▪️ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
▪️ The item should be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
▪️ A completed return form must accompany the returned item.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and assess its condition. If the item does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to refund the full amount.

How to return

▪️ Visit our GLS return portal: WUTH RETURPORTAL
▪️ Enter your details and choose either a return label to print or a QR code to be scanned at a GLS parcel shop.
▪️ Securely pack your return item(s) and attach the printed return label to the package (if you chose to print the label).
▪️ Drop off your package at the nearest GLS parcel shop.
▪️ Don’t forget to request a receipt with the package number—this serves as your proof of return in case the package gets lost.

refund

Once we receive your return item(s) in perfect condition — unused, with all tags attached and the original receipt — we will send you an email confirming your refund. You can expect the refund to be processed within 6-9 business days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Complaint

Our goal is to ensure that all items arrive in perfect condition, and we hope you are always delighted with your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us right away. We will do our best to either send you a replacement or issue a refund for the defective item.
